Activity 1: Introduction
The Elements and Principles of Visual Art are the basic building
blocks that make up the composition of a work of art. After completing
the readings, learning resources, and web visits, you will be able to
recognize these elements and principles, understand how they are used
in a work of art, and discuss how they contribute to aesthetics and
meaning in visual art.
