Activity 4: Refer for Assessment
During your call with your Mentor you will refer and schedule your Visual and Performing Arts Assessments.
Any assessment that is not successfully completed by the end of the current term will be marked NOT PASSED on the transcript.
For the IVA4:
- Look at your AAP.
- Find IVA4. Click on "assessment referral."
- Click the tab "request assessment."
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request and it will take approximately three-five business days before your assessment shows up in your TaskStream account.
For the IPC1:
- Look at your AAP.
- Find IPC1. Click on "assessment referral."
- Click the tab "request assessment."
- Find your proctored site.
- Enter the dates when you expect to be finished with the domain.
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request.
