Activity 6: TASKSTREAM: LAT1 Performance Task 3

Now that you have completed Week 3A, you are ready to complete LAT1 Task 3.

CHECKLIST: Before submitting LAT1 Task 3, check to see if you have completed the following:

1. Have you presented a carefully planned outline of your paper or a relevant visual organizer that details your paper?

2. Have you created a carefully worded thesis statement and included this at the top of your writing plan?

3. Have you used full sentences for your outline

4. Have you provided in-text citations to indicate the research you used in your outline and to demonstrate where your research will occur in your essay?

5. Have you correctly formatted each in-text citation according to APA standards?

6. Have you included an APA formatted reference list that correlates to your in-text cited sources?

7. Have you checked your responses for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors before submitting them?

8. Have you attached an .rtf document for your outline or taken a screen shot of your visual organizer to insert in Word as an .rtf document?
