  • Williams’ Basic Nutrition and Diet Therapy is one of two textbooks that you will use to gain competency in the Nutrition Sub-Domain.

  • Nutrition is the second textbook you will use as you engage in the Nutrition Sub-Domain (you will use this text throughout the nursing content)
