Activity 4: Refer for Assessments
During a call with your Mentor you will refer and schedule your LIA4/LIC4 assessments.
Any assessment that is not successfully completed by the end of the current term will be marked NOT PASSED on the transcript.
For the LIA4:
- Look at your AAP.
- Find LIA4. Click on “assessment referral.”
- Click the tab “request assessment.”
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request and it will take approximately two business days before your assessment shows up in your TaskStream account.
For the LIC4:
- Look at your AAP.
- Find LIC4. Click on “assessment referral.”
- Click the tab “request assessment.”
- Find your proctored site.
- Enter the dates that are when you expect to be finished with the domain.
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request.
