Activity 3: Assessments

There are two (2) assessments associated with the Interdisciplinary Studies Mathematics subdomain. These assessments are:

1.     IS Mathematics Part I (IMA4)

There are 6 performance tasks to be completed via TaskStream.  You are not required to do these tasks in the order they are listed in TaskStream.            

2.     IS Mathematics Part II (IMC4)

There are multiple forms of the IS Math Objective Assessment. Each from contains a total of 47 objective items.  The IBT Prometric server "counts" each Matching item as a separate item.  The IBT item “counts” range from 113 to 123 depending on the form of the assessment you receive. 

The passing score is 57%. You will have 3 hours in which to complete the assessment. When you go to the proctored site do not bring any paper, texts or study materials with you.  However, do bring some identification and a calculator.  Be sure you are rested, and wear comfortable clothes. You will take the assessment online.  Please note once you go to the next page you will NOT be able to go back to change your answers.  Read each question carefully to make sure you understand what you are being asked to do.
