Activity 4: Refer for Assessments
During a call with your Mentor/Progress Manager you will refer and schedule your Geography, U.S. History & Government assessment(s). Note: IT Students ONLY complete the IOC4. Teachers College students complete BOTH the IOA4 and the IOC4.
Any assessment that is not
successfully completed by the end of the current term will be marked
NOT PASSED on the transcript.
To refer for the IOA4.
- Look at your AAP.
- Find IOA4. Click on “assessment referral”.
- Click the tab “request assessment”.
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request. Iit will take approximately two business days before your assessment shows up in your TaskStream account.
To refer for the IOC4:
- Look at your AAP.
- Find IOC4. Click on “assessment referral”.
- Click the tab “request assessment”.
- Find your proctored site.
- Enter the dates when you expect to be finished with the domain.
- Your Mentor will need to approve this request.
