- Competence Builder: Examining the proces of Constitutional amendments in greater detail. How is the Constitution amended? For what reasons? Post below the amendment you chose and explain it in your own words. Does it represent a fundamental right? How did the amendment come about? How has it been read by legislators, presidents, or the Supreme Court?
