Writing Activities - “Writing to Argue”

PLEASE NOTE that the practice essays in MyWritingLab and MyCompLab are NOT instructor graded, although the Pearson site may say that they are automatically graded. If you would like feedback on one of your essays, please contact the Language and Communications mentor. When submitting an essay for review, please make sure you include all instructions AND a list of what you think are the pros and cons of the piece of writing.

  • To access MyCompLab, follow the steps 1 through 7 in Module 7, Activity 3.   Instead of finding the activities for “Discuss” or “Describe,” find the 3 activities for “Argue.”
