Introduction

Self-reflection, for the critical thinker, is an ongoing process of taking inventory of one's thinking over time by frequently applying the elements of reasoning.  Once the logic of one's thought processes is documented, the standards of thinking can be used to determine the quality of one's thinking over a given period. The goal of self-reflection, of course, is to improve the way one thinks.
