Microbiology Demystified: A Self-Teaching Guide is one of two textbooks that you will use to gain competency in the Clinical Microbiology Sub-Domain.

Labpaq: Microbiology: A Laboratory Experience for Independent Study Courses is a lab kit that comes with materials you will use as you complete the tasks for MLT1/MLT2.  The lab kit and a microscope with an oil immersion lens can be ordered through the AAP.
