Task: Mechanical and Chemical Digestion

• Read the instructions for this task.
• Order the Neo/Sci Food Digestion – Investigation Kit.
• When you receive the kit, complete the activities included in the lab manual.
• After you have become familiar with the digestive enzymes and indicators included in the kit, design an experiment that tests one independent variable that is related to chemical digestion.
• Complete the first part of the lab report and then perform the experiment.
• Finish the lab report and compare it to the rubric before submitting it to TaskStream.
